As we all know, the summer season is on the way. A change of seasons and calls for a change in routine. It’s time to start taking care of your health and skin as well. Everyone wants clear and glowing skin and for that, we need to follow some steps. The onset of warm weather can make your body more vulnerable to different types of diseases. Hence certain health guidelines must be followed.

1) STAY HYDRATED: One of the most important steps to take care of your health and skin is taking a good proportion of water for a whole 24 hours. Heat and sweat in the summer season can leave you dehydrated quickly. If possible try to avoid the number of beverages instead of having pure and simple water could be a good option. Try to drink “3.5 liters”  minimum in a day.

2) QUALITY FOOD: In this season you need to take care of what food we should consume and what not. Taking this into consideration will help you to take care of your health. We should eat food that is simple and filled with the nutrition that our body and skin need. Food items that are rich in water content, cool the body and contain a lot of vitamins and minerals are to be looked out for in this summer season. Seasonal fruits and veggies contain abundant nutrients.

3) APPLYING SUNSCREEN: Major thing that we all miss is using sunscreen during this warm season. UV radiation produced by the sun can harm our skin in many ways. So it’s necessary to apply sunscreen whether you are at home or going out for some work. It’s good if you reapply sunscreen after every 3 hours.

4) WORKOUT: Doing a daily workout for 40 to 1 hour would be beneficial for your skin and for your health as well. If you are not into working out, you can simply start with walking for about 30 to 40 minutes, and eventually, you will easily get into working out. You can opt for “YOGA” as well.

5) AVOID JUNK FOOD: In wish to have a clear and healthy body you should avoid the intake of junk foods. Because these foods have always been a weak point for all of us but at the same time they can harm our health and can cause multiple skin problems. So it’s better to avoid them as much as you can
