There is one important thing that seals the way you look when you go out. And that is your hair. The thing I love about hair is that we can style it however we want. My hair is my crown and trusts me I cry when I have to cut it. I want my hair or as I call it my Crown to be healthy as possible. So here are a few things I do to do that. You can agree and try it or find your own routine. I love it when people try their own thing.

How to keep your hair healthy.

Firstly since I am a black woman, I will tell what I do and know to do. I will say a few things that I do not do but is also good for your hair.

Firstly. Washing your hair. I will not recommend which shampoo to use because everyone’s hair is different. I used to shampoo my hair with the Cantu shampoo but right now someone made this oil-based shampoo for me that works well with my hair. I want thicker hair so using certain oils was best for me. So it is a shampoo based on natural oils like castor oil. I do not wash my hair very often. Right now I have braids in, so I won’t wash my hair.

Secondly. Conditioning your hair. Every time I wash I use conditioner. I also use a leave-in conditioner when I style my hair because it makes it soft and easier to detangle. I use Cantu leave-in conditioner and the conditioner of the same brand. Like I said you can try it, but you can also find something that works better on your hair. Everyone has different hair textures and of course, you need to watch out for allergies.

I also have a weekly routine for my hair which contains massaging my scalp and Putting oil. I have a mix of oil that I use which has castor oil and chebe oil, coconut oil, Shea butter, etc. I use it 3 times a week and I see results. My hair got thicker. I also use castor oil on its own for my hair. There are other oils you can use that are beneficial for your hair like aloe vera oil or you can use the plant itself and just put the extract for your hair and also avocado oil which is pretty great also. You can also make your own hair masks from avocado or egg.

Then we can talk about styling your hair

You can do about anything when it comes to styling your hair. You can put it in a ponytail or just let it down. You can rock an afro which is beautiful. Do a bun. There are different ways, when it comes to styling hair there is not just one way. I love Faux braids for instance. Not only does it let your hair rest, but you can also style it any way you want. I remember styling a bun or doing it half up and down. Just own your style, invent a style. You can’t go wrong with it. It is up to you and if you feel good about it. I did not know what the texture is of your hair, but when it comes to styling use your fantasy. A tip though try it discover which hairstyle suits which event, that way you can impress with your whole look.

Conclusion

In conclusion, when it comes to your hair, you need to take care of it, because it is your crown. Make sure to wash and condition it. You know how many times are best for you. Use oils that are beneficial to make your hair thicker or to moisturize your hair. And lastly, style it whatever way you want. Do not forget to do what makes you happy.
