Try intermittent fasting. Choose your hours of fasting, keep yourself hydrated and try to stay away from sweet and fried items. It’s not wrong to reward yourself with some snacks once in a while. But the craving that you hold for so many days lead to over-eating. So, try not to fail there.
Also, there’s another thing you can try. I make sure that I drink one full glass of lukewarm water with lemon in it every single day.
