    Watch your medication for side effects such as weight gain.

    Get a hormone evaluation as hormomes can the reason for the weight.

    Stop eating food before bedtime or at night. Try fruit.

    Start walking, jogging or yoga

    Leave cheese, chicken and mayo out of diet.

    Use citrus fruits raw.🥂
