    Do follow routine!

    ➡Wake up early in the morning🌅

    ➡ Go for a morning walk🌻

    ➡ Take a fibrous diet at 12’o clock or set a time according to your preference🍽

    ➡ Sleep at proper time🌚 Make sure you are taking a sleep of 8 hours.

    ➡ Don’t do late-night munchies🚫
