Yes You can lose weight with some home workout and if you want you can join the gym also.
Whatever you do make sure drink plenty of water which is very helpful to lose weight and most important thing is to sleep well at least 7 to 8 hours. After that avoid junk food as much as you can. Do not eat chips to much. And try to do some walk everyday.
If you follow this step then within a month you will see change in yourself.

If you are really serious about your weight and you are short of time due to job responsibilities then you will have to pay more attention to your diet plan.

Breakfast – 1 banana, oats or sprouts
Lunch – 1 roti, low oil vegetable and salad. ,

Pre-workout meal – two glasses of lukewarm water
Post Workout Meal – Two glasses of lukewarm water, 6 soaked almonds, 6 soaked Raisins and some fruits

Try intermittent fasting. Choose your hours of fasting, keep yourself hydrated and try to stay away from sweet and fried items. It’s not wrong to reward yourself with some snacks once in a while. But the craving that you hold for so many days lead to over-eating. So, try not to fail there.
Also, there’s another thing you can try. I make sure that I drink one full glass of lukewarm water with lemon in it every single day.

My husband is now on his 2month of intermittent fasting and he got good results, sadly I cannot go with this kind of fasting I am diabetic and my doctor does not allow me to go fasting.

If you want to to lose weight than focus more on fruits than any other diet . It would be helpful moreover you will not fell tired and it would give you energy too.
