Did you know eating good goes a long way when it comes to beauty and fashion?

We’ve all heard the famous totkas (skincare hacks) of our granny and mother, but they also tend to force us on eating right. That is not just for your muscles and bones, but also your skin and complexion.

For your skin, the most important ingredients include Collagen, vitamin C and A. There are other vitamins that are crucial for your hair and nails, but for now let’s just stick to skincare, as that it is the largest organ of your body.

Hydration is an absolute necessity when it comes to skincare. You have to follow a routine in the morning and evening that will hydrate your skin for best results.

Start with cleansing as a ritual. Use a mild cleanser as per your skin type. If you have dry skin, then go for milky and aloe Vera cleansers, if you have oily skin then go for oil-free formula. For me, milky cleansers always work since I have one of the driest skin on the planet.

The next step is moisturizing. Moisturize your skin with your face cream, and if you have super dry skin, then a few drops of oil would do wonders for you.

Another benefit of applying oil on your face before makeup or anything is that it offers a protective layer on your skin that fights off UV rays and other impurities. This is not suitable for those with acne or oily skin.

So after that, now comes the real deal; if you’re in your 20s, just stick to moisturizer and a good skincare routine, but if you’re in your 30s, you need anti-aging right away.

And in this blog, I will give you the secret of healthy-looking skin, hair, and nail without causing a strain on your wallet.

And that is fish.

If you’re not a fan of seafood, trust me, you’re missing out on a lot. Fish contains omega 3 oil which is good for your heart and also your skin. I know people who look 20 something while they are in their 40s, thanks to seafood.

I’m not kidding on this one, adding fish to your diet is like drinking the Elixir pro from the fountain of beauty.

Indulge yourself in seafood like fish prawns and all, and you’ll begin to see the difference in a month. This is like an investment not just on your shelf, but on your overall health.

There are thousands of delicious mouthwatering recipes out there for fish curry and baked fish and whatnot. Try those and you’ll have youthful looks, shiny locks, and pretty nails.

Adios.
