It is a powerful restorative pose that gives our body a break from gravity especially if you are on your feet most of the time, have bad posture, or sit all day.

This exercise lowers anxiety and stress. Help drain detoxifying lymph fluid. Eases headache and regulates blood flow. Restores swollen,sore , tired feet and legs. Improves digestion and good health. Helps reproductive health.

Place hand on your lower back , gently lean back and stretch to the point of tension not pain.

Hold this stretch for 2-3 breaths.
