Beautiful, glowing skin is a reflection of leading a healthy lifestyle. But factors like stress and hectic work schedules can make your skin look dull and dry. All of these are part and parcel of your life, and no matter how much you’d like to avoid them in order to maintain that glowing skin, you simply can’t run away from them. However, you can at least prevent them.

1.  Lemon and Coffee 

Lemon is known for its rich Vitamin C content which helps in brightening the skin, while coffee is a great exfoliator. For this remedy, you need to add one tablespoon of coffee to a bowl and then add one tablespoon of lemon juice to it. Mix them well without forming lumps and then apply the mixture to your face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with water. Repeat this remedy twice or thrice a week for better results.

 

2. Strawberry + Lemon + Yogurt

Fruit masks are a delight and if you love these then we are sure that this mask will become your favorite. For this mask, you need to take mashed strawberries in a bowl, add one tablespoon of yogurt then add half a tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixture. Mix the ingredients well and then apply the mask for about 20-30 minutes and wash it off. Make sure you use sunscreen when you step out after using this mask.

3. Orange Juice + Turmeric

 Orange juice is known for its brightening properties. For this remedy take equal amounts of orange juice and turmeric in a bowl, mix the ingredients well. Make a paste out of it and apply it on your skin, massage the mixture in a circular motion and then leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse it off. It will give you naturally glowing skin afterward.

4. Sandalwood + Almond Oil

Almond oil helps in rejuvenating the skin and helps in brightening the skin. For this remedy you would need sandalwood paste; then add almond oil to it. Mix it well and apply the mixture on your skin, leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse it off.

 5. Papaya for glowing skin

Papaya acts as a mild exfoliator and hence helps in removing dead skin. It helps in getting rid of excess oil and dirt from the skin, giving you naturally glowing and supple skin. For this remedy, you need to add some fuller earth and sandalwood to freshly mashed papaya and then mix it well in a bowl. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for about 20 minutes then wash it off with cold water.
