With the temps warming up [and lots of rainstorms] I’ve transitioned in lighter colors [pastels & whites & nudes] and lighter fabrics into this business casual outfits.

STYLING TIPS FOR THE OFFICE

I kept these looks pretty casual, and they can easily be worn out of the office as well. To dress up a look, simply layer it with a blazer for a more professional look. Be sure to always keep your shoes professional (no open-toe shoes!) and I highly recommend these heels or these pointed-toe flats for a professional yet flattering look.

I recommend sticking to studs or a classic pair of earrings and/or a minimal necklace for jewelry. And our new Sofia ring is the perfect feminine ring to add to all of these looks or opt for a simple gold band like the Aiden ring.

5 BUSINESS CASUAL OUTFITS FOR SPRING

OUTFIT #1:

I absolutely love this silk blouse [made with eco-conscious silk] and it falls so beautifully. It instantly dresses up any look and I paired it with my favorite non-ripped jeans [sustainably made with 100% organic cotton]. They are in between a straight and skinny leg fit, so I find they look best paired with heels. I also recommend these Levi’s for a similar but slightly less expensive version.

OUTFIT #2:

I never considered myself much of a pink girl, but I am really loving this light shade of pink! [It’s also the same shade I picked out for the Sofia ring]. It is such a soft, feminine color and pairs beautifully with all shades of denim and taupe/nude.

OUTFIT #3:

To switch up the look with the same blouse, I changed into white denim for a clean neutral look and layered the blouse with a blazer.

OUTFIT #4:

These pastels make me so excited for spring! This shade of blue is so gorgeous and pairs equally well with blue denim. Layer this look with a navy blazer for the office or a trench for a rainy day.

OUTFIT #5:

I love ankle pants because they are so complimentary for Petites! They also pair well with both heels and flats and you don’t have to worry about hemming your pants. These flats are so comfortable and the perfect shade of nude. All of these outfits can be styled equally well with these flats!
